Time to get your diet right!



  

These days who isn't trying to lose a couple of pounds, yet with the interruptions of time, kids and stress, a diet regimen can be daunting, but hope is here! all you need is focus, determination, and a open mind. are you ready?? here are some tips and resources to keep you on your diet grind!

  • Get a nutri-bullet. this machine pulverizes fruits and vegetables into a soluble liquid and conserves time eating all those darn veggies lol.
  • Have a :"sugar free" day. no sweets or sweeteners. Make a point to drink plenty of water and put some lemon into it if possible. lemon burns fat and water flushes fat out as well
  • Exercise at least 30 mins a day. i don't care if its walking, jumping jacks or jogging, use that time to burn off some excess calories that you  collected during the day. you want a calorie deficit not a overload. less calories. less fat!
  •  Use apps, there are plenty of apps that you can use to aid you in your diet journey myfitnesspal is one of the best ones :) 
  •  have at least one "junk" to prevent binging. its good to have a day that you can  have all the things that you were depriving yourself for.

And there you have it!!!! just some little tid bits that should aid you on your health journey! if you stay consistent, I promise you will lose a some weight! just stay focused and stay strong!
